DetailsJob Details:We are on the lookout for a dynamic,
results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing
team in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in sales and business development, with the
ability to forge strong relationships and drive growth. This is a
permanent, full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to
work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your
contributions will be recognized and rewarded.*This role is fully
remote and candidates can come through anywhere in the United
States! *Responsibilities:As a Business Development Manager, you
will:1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans
to achieve or exceed sales targets.2. Identify and explore new
business opportunities in the market, with a focus on high-value
prospects.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing
tailored solutions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
customer satisfaction and drive business growth.5. Keep abreast of
industry trends, market activities, and competitors, using this
information to identify new business opportunities.6. Participate
in industry events and conferences to network and promote the
company's products and services.7. Provide regular reports on sales
activities, productivity, and forecast to senior
management.Qualifications:The successful candidate will have:1. A
minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within the
engineering industry.2. Proven track record in sales and business
development, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales
targets.3. Strong knowledge of the engineering industry, including
market trends and key competitors.4. Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong
relationships.5. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the
ability to persuade and influence others.6. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a
proactive approach.7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the
ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.8.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is
