A company is looking for a Key Accounts Customer Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the post-sale experience for customers, ensuring their
success and satisfaction
Develop a strong understanding of the company's solutions and
effectively communicate their value to customers
Drive adoption and utilization of solutions, while identifying
growth opportunities and potential risks
Qualifications:
4+ years of Customer Success or account management experience in a
SaaS company, preferably in ERP or construction
Experience developing strategies and success plans for assigned
accounts
Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide
appropriate solutions
Executive presence and ability to build positive relationships with
decision makers and end users
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks
in a fast-paced environment
