Responsibilities:The Associate Director of Marketing reports tothe
Director of Marketing and Brand Management. The Associate Director
of Marketing, in closepartnership with the Director of Marketing
and Brand Management, will managethe creation, implementation, and
tracking of multi-channel direct marketingand campaigns (including
email, direct mail, digital, and other channels)targeting a variety
of constituents, but most importantly prospective students.These
campaigns aim to increase application and enrollment. This role
will alsohave the opportunity to expand our digital footprint,
including the use of paidsocial advertising, digital ads, and
earned and paid media.Specific Responsibilities :Assist with the
messagecreation, production calendar, testing of messaging,
campaign execution,results analysis, and reporting for all email
communications sent through theuniversity's CRMExecute digital and
printmarketing campaigns targeted towards prospective students for
individualacademic programs as well as university
initiativesParticipate in short andlong-term strategic planning
providing analysis of data for trends, areas to improve,and
resourcesUtilize reports, data pulls,spreadsheets, and other
database tools to track the overall ROI of marketingeffortsExpand
the currentdigital/social advertising footprintOther duties as
assigned bythe Director of Marketing and Brand
ManagementMinimumQualifications:A bachelor's degree in a related
fieldFour years of related
experiencePreferredQualificationsPreferred experience in marketing
andcommunications, higher education a plusExperience developing and
deployingweb, social, email, and print contentExperiencewith
website development and maintenance, information architecture,
emailservice providers, content management systems, and
HTMLWorkingknowledge of paid social media and Google
analyticsComfortableworking in a complex, multi-divisional,
results-oriented, fast environmentAbilityto meet deadlines,
establish priorities, set objectives, and achieve
goalsStrongorganizational skills and sound judgment around
prioritizing many and sometimescompeting
