Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Excellence Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead improvement initiatives to drive enhanced operations,
scalability, efficiency, and performance
Manage and implement strategic projects to support the company's
objectives
Communicate results, timelines, and status to a broad audience,
including senior executives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
5-10 years of professional experience, preferably with operational
consulting experience
Formal training in process improvement methodologies
PMP/agile certification and/or change management certification
preferred
Demonstrated ability driving performance excellence initiatives
resulting in tangible improvement
