My client is a tier-1 global investment bank seeking a client solutions/ account manager to work within the Prime Brokerage Services division. The role would be focused on FX and Rates within a collaborative team focused on providing opportunity for growth and progression with the ability to be autonomous and own your work. The hiring manager is seeking the following experience below: --- Onboard clients to the Prime Services platforms --- Develop and deliver solutions to improve client experience and generate additional revenue --- Work with the Prime Services business and technology/project teams on new product offerings --- Perform relationship management functions including conducting regular client reviews --- Communicate impact of financial market regulation to clients --- Provide day-to-day support of clients' trading activities --- Support, manage and execute regional/global initiatives --- General communication with Counterparties, IT Support, Credit, Operations, Front Office, Legal and Product Controllers --- SME understanding of Rates and FX --- Hands on experience in solving client issues and problems This is a great opportunity for someone to get a good understanding of different products and processes at the client which in turn will allow the successful hire to be a well-rounded contributor.
