This role ensures a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children, while overseeing staff, managing the facility's operations, and working collaboratively with families.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of state and local childcare licensing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
