Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, DTC Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of 8-10 merchandise planners & managers
Connect commercial and operational plans to ensure strategic
alignment
Present plans and strategies to business leaders and drive results
with cross-functional partners
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or
finance in a retail environment
6+ years of supervisory experience leading a team of 6+
Experience managing brick & mortar and eCommerce, minimum $500M
annual revenue
Proven track record of analyzing and delivering financial
results
Advanced Excel skills
