Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop upsell/cross-sell strategies and manage annual renewal process
Manage opportunity pipeline, support sales inbound pipeline, and gather customer feedback
Contribute to the sales pipeline through customer-led methodologies

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS Account Management experience
Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions
Sense of entrepreneurship and self-starter mentality
Experience with Hubspot and ChurnZero preferred
Located in MST to EST time zones
