change. The Manager, Regional Team Member Relations reports to the
Dir, TM Relations and participates in the development,
implementation, and administration of the TM Relations center of
excellence strategy for their respective region or business line
which is aligned to the broader organizational goals. The Mgr,
Regional TM Relations will ensure designated Human Resources
operations partners and business leaders have the support, counsel,
tools, and resources needed to support human capital employee
relations needs throughout the region. The Mgr, Regional TM
Relations will be responsible for ensuring increasingly complex TM
relations issues covering varying degrees of risk and intricacy are
addressed, investigated, and resolved. The Mgr, Regional TM
Relations should be able to assess situations to determine the risk
to the organization, provide counsel, and escalate as needed. This
role will be accountable for ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction and an overall positive TM experience in assigned
region and business units. Education, Knowledge, Skills and
