Job Description:
A company is looking for a Therapist Support Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand the Central Support team
Lead Tier 3 Therapist support team to ensure an effortless client
experience
Exceed KPIs/SLAs, build processes for scale, and improve user
experience
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of support experience, with 3 years managing
support-centric teams
Experience in data analysis, process mapping, and performance
metrics
Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally and building
processes for scale
Experience in a start-up environment and familiarity with CRM
systems preferred
Previous exposure in healthcare or mental health industry is a
plus
