• Manage daily service operations for a busy Cobble Hill restaurant
• Schedule, direct and lead FOH Staff
• Work closely with Owner on day-to-day operations and strategic direction
• Help hire, train and mentor hourly FOH staff Traits we value

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-centric approach that aligns with our community-centric restaurant
  • 3+ years of senior FOH experience at busy NYC restaurants
  • DOH Food Handler's Certificate
  • Nice person Extra Credit if you...
    • Have experience with Lebanese or other Middle Eastern cuisines
    • Are a very nice person Schedule
      • 5-day workweek, 40-45 hours
      • Attractive hours with relatively early close Compensation
        • Salary: $70,000-80,000
