Skilled Nursing Facility located in the Bronx, NY.

DUTIES:
Triboro Center is a 405-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing
facility located in the Bronx. Our size enables a warm, nurturing
environment, which allows each resident to maintain his or her

Job Description:
The Director of Nursing (DON) assumes authority, responsibility,
and accountability for the delivery of Nursing services in the
facility. In collaboration with Administration, the DON ensures
that the facility is in compliance with all Department of Health
regulations and passes the annual survey process. Additionally, as
a key leader of the facility the DON assists with the organization,
development, coordination and direction of the Nursing Department
as it pertains to all facility needs and requirements
