Vice President, Capital Formation & Investor Relationsst is currently recruiting for a Head of Investor Relations position for a privately held commercialized life sciences company based in Texas. Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Serve as the primary contact for investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
Build a projection model that turns strategy and narrative into financial outputs.What You Bring
10+ years in investor relations for life sciences companies.
Prior experience leading an Investor Relations function.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
