About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 12Senior Product Manager in Environmental SolutionsThe Impact:This role facilitates the implementation of new environmental markets, helps existing markets evolve and mature, enables connectivity between markets, and fosters data transparency and efficiency.What's in it for you:This role involves close collaboration with Product, Operations, and Development teams, as well as clients. The candidate will independently deliver requirements documentation, analyze complex business scenarios, assess client needs, and communicate effectively across teams. Knowledge of user experience and interface design is highly advantageous.Responsibilities:As an Environmental Solutions Product Manager, you will:

• Write and maintain functional and business requirements focusing on user journey and UI analysis.
• Collaborate with clients to develop user stories through working sessions.
• Manage the product lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Analyze data to address client queries and liaise with technical teams.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and deployments.
• Support the Commercial Team with materials and presentations.What We're Looking For:
  • 6+ years in product management; experience in carbon markets, fintech, or registry platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in writing requirements/user stories.
  • Relevant degrees or equivalent experience in Engineering, Economics, Environmental Sciences, etc.
  • Attention to detail, numeracy, curiosity, and innovative problem-solving skills.
