Adult Day Care Program DirectorRichmond Adult Day Care is seeking a Program Director for our Adult Day Care in Staten Island, New York. The ideal candidate will have a background in ADC and be extremely organized.Competitive Compensation & comprehensive benefits package.DUTIES:

• Perform and direct all marketing and outreach activities related to diversifying the registrant base to increase or maintain program census in accordance with CHC strategic plan.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement all activities and services provided by the program.
• Ensure compliance with established guidelines, regulations, and fiscal restraints.
• Develop and maintain administrative plans and procedures.
• Coordinate admission data with RN and Social Worker.
• Evaluate potential participants for eligibility into the program.
• Oversee all staff, students, and volunteers, including hiring, training, managing, evaluating, and terminating.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Prepare and conduct information sessions, outreach, education, and advocacy programs related to the services offered.
• Participate in community and professional meetings and seminars, including the ADC Council.
• Prepare monthly reports including census data and summaries of daily operations.REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• Experience in Adult Day Care is highly preferred.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead team development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
