Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the total sales P&L, be expected to continue building and lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategy, and deliver and maintain commercial partnerships with brands and agencies. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience at building out and developing long lasting relationships with brands and agencies. He or she will have a deep knowledge of the digital and mobile industry and a real hunger to build out a market leading sales and commercial organization.

A Week In Your Shoes:

  • Maximize revenue growth with top advertising agencies and direct clients
  • Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients
  • Articulate overall business objectives and value proposition to the advertising community
  • Ensure that the company is well-positioned against all competitors in the landscape
  • Represent the company at events/shows and training seminars to gather information, promote products, expand network of contacts and increase knowledge
  • Create deep relationships with the marketers within your coverage list

    What We Look For:

    • 6+ years of consultative experience selling a technical solution in the online marketing, ad tech, or enterprise software industry
    • 3+ years of experience and a successful track record managing a team of quota carrying Account Executives
    • BA/BS degree
    • Demonstrated ability to perform against quota and excel in a highly competitive market
    • Strong rolodex/relationships and book of business within regional ad agencies
    • Deep knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape
    • Demonstrated strategic, consultative and analytical sales approach with focus on building partnerships with clients
    • Willingness to travel and entertain clients during evenings / weekends as appropriate
    • Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
