What you’ll do

As the VP of Revenue Growth Management, you will develop and drive best in class RGM across price, promotions and trade. This role will play a pivotal role in the organization, working in close partnership with Sales and Finance leaders. This is a hands-on role that will have meaningful influence on the P&L. And this is how you will do it….

Price / Pack architecture Develop, pilot and implement the pricing strategy and pack price architecture, grounded in consumer and market insights Support commercial leaders to develop price architecture and promo strategies for innovation Trade Management Partner with Sales and finance to manage trade accuracy and optimization across all accounts Develop and implement a pay for performance trade architecture Promos Conduct event level ROI on promotions, including develop and implementation of an approach Lead the definition of promotional strategies guidelines in collaboration with sales; analyze and approve exceptions and track performance Develop new promotion strategies and tactics Collaborate with account teams to develop and optimize promotional calendars and prepare for JBPs Assortment Collaborate across functions to develop the optimum assortment across packs / flavors / COTs that meet shopper and consumer needs and drive profitable growth Capabilities and collaboration Create and execute a 3-year vision and roadmap for RGM strategies and tactics across price, pack, promo and trade to increase profitable sales Create and execute dashboards to monitor price, promo and pack strategies and tactics in the market and recommend proactive and reactive strategies Analyze external price, promo and trade trends (customer, consumer and competitor) and internal financials (e.g., pricing, trade spend) to make recommendations that will profitably drive growth across price, trade, promotions and assortment Lead monthly reviews of trade, promotions and price (Company and competitors) to identify risks and opportunities Translate recommendations into clear, concise recommendations for quick decision making Help to build fact based sell-in material on price, trade and promotional recommendations Stand up, develop and lead a new RGM team Work with IT to evaluate and implement RGM tools for better trade management, trade optimization and overall RGM insights Align and build organizational capabilities (people, processes, systems, and incentives) and ensure long term staying power via active change management Continuously monitor latest thinking in RGM trends to identify new opportunities What you’ll bring to Company Experience as a revenue growth leader with exceptional analytical strength, entrepreneurship and the ability to work cross functionally Experience building RGM capabilities from the ground-up to drive accelerated growth and ROI Significant experience leading RGM teams Deep analytical experience in pricing strategy, promo ROI analytics and pay for performance trade Deep knowledge of RGM systems, tools & platforms Experience managing and partnering on IT projects Experience working in a fast-paced high growth business with ambiguity You are… An owner - Accountable for your commitments and how you achieve results, always with an ownership mindset A change leader – With insatiable drive to achieve, learn and improve A problem solver – Flexible and forward thinking with a creative and solution orientated approach Committed to excellence - With high quality standards and strong attention to detail Flexible and results driven – Able to manage, adapt, and dynamically prioritize multiple work-streams with a positive 'whatever it takes' attitude.
