Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do At RSR we want a talented pro - someone who manages very large paid media budgets and interfaces with clients regularly. Do you have a skill set across paid search and paid social? We want someone with proven experience who will be comfortable being very client-facing. If you have worked on paid media for an e-commerce shop or run paid media for a retailer, we want to talk to you. This is a senior role that still requires a lot of tactical doing folded into a very important leadership role within our Strategy team. Lead RSR in paid media with light oversight and be impressively client-facing. Manage and run, day-to-day, all Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager campaigns.Monitor and update other platforms and their measurement formats, other measurement tools in general and Google favorability studies.Drive both DMP and the customer data platform experience. You must be able to measure performance across the entire funnel. Keep in Mind: Programmatic media skills plus both B2B and B2C experience are important to us at RSR. CPG is NOT an advantageous experience for RSR's needs. What You'll ContributeDevelop media plans for campaigns against client goals (branding / engagement, sales, audience growth, etc)Develop short and long term digital advertising strategy for clients with the goal of driving new customer acquisition (sales growth), brand engagement, and/or customer retention through prospecting and remarketing campaigns utilizing search, social, premium display, rich media, video, and mobile advertising tacticsManage paid search, display advertising, social advertising, and other paid media channels.Develop reporting framework for all client advertising and put together weekly and monthly reports.Own relationship with digital advertising vendorsResearch and analysis on markets or ideas as assignedManage the entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reportingWork with internal marketing team to generate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomaliesEnsure reporting provides an analysis of results and leads to performance insights that extend into optimization ideas.Provide these results, insights, and optimization ideas to Account teams in order to grow accounts and improve client goalsEnsure that all client documentation is spot on, following internal documentation processes and approval processWork directly with accounts team to help facilitate client meetings and provide online marketing expertise as neededMaintain an understanding of industry trends and provide relevant insights to teams as to how they might affect client accountsDesired Skills and Experience4+ years experience managing paid search, display, video, and paid social campaigns campaigns with a minimum budget of at least $100k+/monthCurrently employed as a Paid Media Manager or higherCollege degree in Marketing, Communications or related field requiredExperience with optimization of paid media campaigns to hit CPA, ROI and engagement goalsExpert knowledge of Google AdWords and Bing AdsExpert knowledge of Facebook Business Manager (Ads Manager, Power Editor)Strong overall Digital Marketing knowledge, with a hunger to learn moreExtremely data driven and detail orientedExpert knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlinesGoogle Analytics experience required, experience with additional platforms preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills required for this roleExtremely analytical, detail-oriented and organizedDemonstrate mastery of online marketing tactics including the execution of keyword builds, bids and bid optimization strategies, implementation of new tactics, and related activities.Demonstrated track record of success in the industryExperience in prioritizing a heavy workload and the ability to meet and exceed client deadlines with accuracyStrong history of managing large digital marketing campaignsExperience creating reports and recommendations based on account performanceAgency experience preferredTeam player with an entrepreneurial spiritExpert Excel skills are vital to this role
