Our client is the fastest growing, privately held On-Site Legal Outsourcing company, selling to Law Firms, in the U.S.. Headquartered in New York, our client serves hundreds of customers across North America. They looking for an exceptional Regional VP of National Accounts in Manhattan with an entrepreneurial spirit to be a key leader of their National Accounts sales team in the US. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience managing Sales Teams selling into the Legal / Law Firm space. You must come out of the Legal Application Software / Outsourcing solution space and be willing to carry an individual & team #! Their On-Site Outsourcing solutions include, but are not limited to: Mail & Logistics Management Solutions, Messenger Management Solutions, Facilities Management Solutions, Security Solutions, Front of House Solutions, Conference Services Solutions, Luxury Building Services Solutions, Call Center Solutions, Pillar to Post Legal Solutions, Records Management Solutions, Information Technology Solutions and Digital Document & Device Management Solutions. The client likes to hire RVP candidates who have sold / managed into the Legal space for: Lexis Nexis, Thomson Reuters, Williams Lea, Swiss Post Solutions, Novitex, DTI, Ricoh Legal, Canon, Dynamex, Eversource, CMS Outsourcing, AST, IST Management, Allied Universal, Supersonic, Gerry Chambers Company, Xerox Legal, Millennium Group, Aramark, Sodexo, Compass, JLL or Cushman & Wakefield. We are looking for someone who is currently in the $300K-$500K comp space and wants more! Responsibilities: Achieve the annual $MM revenue target, both individual & team #’s! Help salespeople professionally introduce and represent the company to prospects, customers and partners. Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue. Help salespeople maintain every customer as a reference account Help salespeople establish the company in a new large sales territory Help salespeople prospect, qualify and close sales opportunities to enterprise-level companies and service providers. Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition. Be a good Teammate. Support your Team in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success. Requirements: Demonstrate a track record of selling & managing Sales Teams that have achieved $MM quotas in the Legal Outsourcing. 5-10 years of experience selling into the Legal space! 5+ years of building & managing Sales Teams selling Legal Outsourcing Solutions. Ability to help salespeople present and communicate with all levels of the customer: –Technical, Financial & Executive. Comfortable using Salesforce and Strategic Selling Methodologies. Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing start-up environment. Balances great ambition and drive with a high level integrity and honesty Fun to be around! Experience selling Legal Outsourcing Solutions is a must! Not afraid to carry an individual quota as well as a Team #! Base Salary: $200,000.00 – $300,000.00 (Depending on Experience) On Target Earnings: $350,000.00 – $500,000.00 + Great Benefits + All Expenses + Upward Mobility Location: New York City. MUST live in or close to Midtown New York. Your office and many of your Clients / Prospects are downtown. Not a work from home position. Travel: 30%
