Job DescriptionTerritory: NY, PA, OH, GA, VA, MA and surrounding states.PlateSmart Technologies is hiring an Eastern Regional Sales Manager to Increase Sales Revenue in an expanding territory while maintaining and managing relationships with integrators and end users. Requires experience selling enterprise solutions coupled with strong technical sales with being able to manage the relationship between the channel partners and end users.The Regional Sales Manager will have a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices and technology integration, demonstrating expertise and delivery of functional and technical solutions to sophisticated customer engagements.This role will also be responsible for providing pre-sales technical and sales support to our strategic partners and potential future clients. The individual will be responsible for providing technical expertise in partner discussions and furthering partner relationships. Interdepartmental cooperation will be required to resolve or coordinate the resolution of technical product problems and product enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Individual will manage sales and relationships with consultants, integrators and end-usersIncrease revenues and ensure coordination with CorporateManage forecasts and achieve quarterly revenue targetUpdate and maintain data in CRMIdentifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunitiesDevelops and grows a sales pipeline to closure of businessMaintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emailConduct compelling product demonstrations and lead technical discussionsSolid forecasting abilityRequirements:Experience in the Physical Security Market (CCTV, Video Surveillance, Video Analytics, LPR)IP/IT technology understanding and networking expertise considered an asset5 plus years sales experience in the Physical Security vertical marketsAbility to prospect, champion and articulate business cases and have proven track record of closing 7 figure deals in large accountsExceptional analytical and technical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, negation and persuasionAbility to think out-of-the-box and impress end-users with you line of thinking and have a proven record to be a leader and team playerBachelor Degree (Business, Engineering, or Technology)Travel and Office:Candidate must have the discipline and the experience from working from a home office.
