To support this growth and demand, the company is building out a highly skilled squad of sales leaders and client success teams focused on helping large organizations take advantage of the many opportunities the WeWork model has to offer. The new Sales Content team will be responsible for empowering these sales and account teams with the marketing assets, tools and resources - at scale - they need to operate efficiently, effectively, consistently, and globally so that they can focus on creating value for our business clients and driving revenue for the company. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting into Frankie Goldstone, the Global Head of Sales Content, the Senior Manager, Global Sales Content will personally develop scalable sales content and tools. Specific responsibilities include: Strategy and market understanding: Be the voice of our buyer personas and their journeys: Evolve our buyer personas and map their journeys, and use these as inputs to develop differentiated sales experiences. Collaborate with enterprise, medium business, broker and product marketing to develop positioning transforming features into tangible and differentiated benefits. Collaborate with sales teams to define and deliver the WeWork sales experience: a world-class model that stands above other B2B companies' approach to storytelling, uniquely reflects our aspirational B2B brand ethos and approach to member storytelling, value proposition, ROI outcomes and community/buyer empowerment. Sales Content: Develop cutting-edge, tech-forward storytelling assets for sales and client teams, in all of WeWork's B2B segments across enterprise, the medium business segment and brokers globally. This includes but is not limited to: Interactive sales demonstration assets Point of sale assets in all mediums/forms (pitch decks, one pagers, etc) Event activations Shareable experiential assets Other on-brand packaged assets (including digital storytelling, physical leave-behinds, shareable links, etc). Collaborate with the Creative team to bring your stories to life in a uniquely WeWork way. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in B2B sales content and enablement Experience leading positioning workshops and developing associated materials Ability to customize messaging and delivery by use case (presentation vs self-read materials; web versus print) Superior writing and storytelling skills across numerous marketing channels (written, video, podcast, infographic, etc) Ability to prioritize to drive maximum returns and the courage to say no in order to stay focused on delivering against the team's mission Strong track record of thriving in a hyper-growth environment Someone who can both do, and coach others to do, great work Demonstrated success working with creative and production teams Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, related field WHO YOU ARE A storyteller: You're an original and you love to bring out originality in others.
