NEED: Director - Customer SuccessLocation: Boston /Fort Lauderdale/Miami area/ Atlanta/ Dallas/ Detroit/ Chicago/NYC/NJDuration: Full TimeInterview type: Telephonic/ Skype Director - Customer Success Job DescriptionThe "Director - Customer Success" role is primarily focused on managing strong pipeline and growing net new sales in the region assigned to him/her. This role is responsible for driving profitable annuity growth from the accounts by developing strategic relationships with Microsoft and Partner teams, ensuring client satisfaction and driving overall success to customer's business. This role is pure sales hunter role, part of the Cloud Enablement & Innovations (CEI) business unit and will report into the Head of Sales for that group.Key Responsibilities: 1) Sales a) Develop strong pipeline in respective regions.b) Drive sales focused on annuity/Monthly Run Rate(MRR) to meet the target.c) Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.d) Leverage Hanu's unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the customer and increase share of revenues from single source deals.e) Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan.f) Drive collections. Increase market share and share of wallet with the customerg) Strong relationship with Microsoft field teamsh) Provide detailed weekly revenue projections (Booked and Billed) 2) Customer Satisfaction a) Strong QTC (Quality Time with Customer) with Exec Sponsors/Key Decision Makersb) Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration in various functions covering both IT and other business units.c) Client Happiness Score > 4 during quarterly Client Happiness Surveyd) Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, and to enable the delivery teams in ensuring high customer satisfaction.e) Orchestrate internal resources to give the customer an enhanced experience across touch-points.f) Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for Hanu.g) Become a trusted IT advisor to the customer and participate in customer's strategic planning.h) Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline. 3) Offering/Competency Development a) Support the solutions team with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new vertical and horizontal solutions.b) Showcase Hanu's solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets.c) Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Hanu's service offerings.d) Capture and create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements.e) Exemplify Hanu leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.
