Job Description Help shape the company's overall business and product strategy working closely with the IT executive team. Own the IT overall product roadmap, and product-related KPIs across our hardware, software, services and platform Manage, develop, and mentor our team of product managers by providing vision and role clarity, leadership, coaching, training, and accountability to the team Work closely with the leaders of design, engineering, and marketing to set development and go-to-market processes, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure that they are building things on time and on buget/schedule The Successful Applicant Experience working at a SaaS based startup Experience leading and growing a product team Currently working in NYC and interested in moving to another SaaS based company What's on Offer Salary, Equity, Bonuses
