Director, Account Lead, Aramis and Designer Fragrances North America Brand: Aramis and Designer Fragrances Description Role Summary: Workswith Lead Executive Director Account ManagementPlanning to deliversustainable growth plan for brand in account, determining where to play, how towin, and white space. Brands main pointof contact for a retailer who managers overall relationship from strategicvision to execution, working closely with Planner and Trade Marketing. Covers basic, launch GWPPromo, sets,holiday, non-saleablecollateralall supporting elements. Skill Summary: Astute business manager with strong relationship building skills, significant collaboration skills and a strategic outlook on how to build profitable sales. RESPONSIBILITIES: Detailed Role Strategic Responsibilities: Deep understanding of retailer and local market nuances tohelp set overall account strategy that guides category priorities, marketingcampaigns, assortment, merchandising, promosGWPsets, events and all otherparts of the business. Develops full calendar of tailored objectives for retailerand ************, leveraging overall brand category and marketing objectivesand ensuring correct coordination and resource allocation between B & M *******. Negotiates seasonal stock & sales plans with input fromAccount & Sales Planning Coordinates closely with KAMs to ensure ELC portfolio isbeing leveraged with retailer Ensures strong visual presence in store, in local market andon ************ (e.g, outposts, out-of-home ads, merchandising). Ensures that right marketing activities (in store, co-op,digitalsocial, etc.) supports events, promos and other brand activities. Works extremely closely with Trade Marketing and Account & Sales Planning to ensure strong business decisions on marketing,assortment, stock levels, sampling, sets, exclusives and gifts tailored toretailers' customers. Owns key P & L items for account and determines spend tomaximize ROI and sales; held to seasonal targets (retail sales, net sales,demo, co-op, promo, GWP, sets, capex) and shapes the execution of these itemsat the retailer. Reviews door profiles with input from planner and the field;works with Account Lead to determine door level allocations. With finance, reviews door P & Ls seasonally (prepared byfinance) to analyze outliersensure more profitable & productive doors. Negotiates overall demo investment with retailer andmonitors productivityeffectiveness; sets total investment for field toallocate and execute by door. Business Responsibilities: Owns overall P & L for accounts (retail sales, co-op,freelance, promo, GWP, sets, capex), maximizes ROI and ensures that they arespending effectively and within budget Able to identify growth opportunities through ELC's ConsumerCentric Catchment data as well as retailer provided CRM data. Qualifications Detailed Skills: 8 years related experience Strong business and people manager andstrong relationship builder Excellent presentation andcommunication skills Expertise to translate consumerinsights and unique retailer strategies into key action steps. Must possessstrong collaboration and influencing skills in order to translate strategicobjectives into sales-driving action Strategic thinker and able to layout acohesive and clearly articulated strategy to drive the brand Extensive business acumen and financialability (i.e., P & L management, business drivers, building newchannelsgrowth, savvy with standard business analyses) and analytical thinking Solid understanding of primary leversand components to a successful account management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word,Excel and PowerPoint Job: Sales Primary Location: Americas-US-NY-New York Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift We are an equal opportunity employer.
