Job Description:

The Pfizer Digital Client Partner will be accountable for partnering with Commercial colleagues on all digital matters such as wearables, data, analytics, insights, social media, enterprise systems, customer experience, etc. The individual w ill operate as the liaison between the business and Pfizer Digital for across both North America and Global functions with PBG and CBO business functions. The colleague in this role will require a broad understanding the business, the strategic direction and related business needs which will further assist them in identifying and delivering new digital capabilities. **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES** + Point of contact for all digital matters. + Be a trusted digital consultant to business. + Advise on all aspects of digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities and internal Pfizer Digital capabilities. + Lead the digital strategy, priorities and business case creation with sponsors to achieve key business priorities. + Help shape all digital requests to ensure high value and strategic alignment. + Define clear business requirements. + Partner with the stakeholders to manage successful execution of the digital strategy including solution adoption, scaling and business case achievement + Be proactive thought leaders partnering to drive the innovative use of digital to create value for our patients, all customers and the business. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** + Executive presence, strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills + Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects **QUALIFICATIONS** + Education: BA, BS required + Master's degree or MBA preferred + 7+ years Pfizer or pharma industry experience delivering innovations in Digital Marketing solutions - websites, mobile, social, emerging technologies. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** + Executive presence, strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills + Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects + Proven ability to manage to financial goals, both in own area, and in support of a larger entity + Strong program and project management skills + Experience using JIRA to create and manage change requests and MS Project for creating and managing project plans + In-depth expertise across one or more of the following areas: + Deep expertise on Pfizer Marketing practices, processes and platforms and in particular digital marketing platforms and best practices + Knowledge of Drupal platform capabilities and architecture + Experience with enterprise collaboration tools (SharePoint, Box, Yammer, etc.) + Experience supporting Veeva CRM and iPlan platforms including features and capabilities + Experience scoping and delivering reporting and analytics solutions including SAPBI and Tableau + Experience with Health Economics Outcomes Research, Value Based Contracting, and Pricing **#LI-PFE** **EEO & Employment Eligibility** Pfizer is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status.
