Manager, Creative - MAC Travel Retail Worldwide Brand: Este Lauder Companies Description Manager, Creative will strategically align with the multi-functional areas in MAC TR to develop assets to address the channel needs for all TR environments regarding special collections, launches and visualization. Position will lead the creative development of all assets to support TR defined business objectives. Manager will align with TR senior leadership team to prioritize projects and partner with cross-functional teams in TR, Global and regional teams to ensure output adheres to brand and channel guidelines and reflects brand equity. Principle Objective Collaborate with TR senior leadership team (SVP, Marketing and VM leads) to understand and further explore the current visualization calendar for all three regions (APAC, Americas, EMEA). Receive and analyze all information provided from the Global Brand and TR regions, align with TR senior leadership on priorities. Understand the TR needs and accommodate creative development and asset adjustments for Global launches and collections. Develop all TR specific campaign assets to support Marketing and VM. Create and adapt the assets for the campaign launch (360 assets) to use across channels and platforms. Work with agencies as needed to deliver 360 campaigns specific for the channel. Partner with Assistant Manager, Creative Operations to understand the priorities and timelines for all programs, campaigns and launches; prioritize workflow accordingly. Accountabilities Responsible for adapting Global Programs to accommodate to the TR needs as a 360 (launch assets; consumer marketing, VM, retail events). Work with Assistant Manager, Creative Ops to review and consolidate Global Tool Kits for all launch programscollections for all three regions. Partner with TR consumer marketing manager, VM manager and Events manager to developadapt all 360 assets; align with TR senior leadership team on campaign and asset deliverables. Consumer Marketing overall assets: o Occasions: Amend Global programs to TR mechanics and provide assets across Online and Social o TR Campaigns: Amend Globalagency artwork and master assets to the OOH needs of the channel (Animated and Static) o Content Creation: Amendpartner with Creative Operations to create content for Trend Imagery across Online and Social o Assets Amendment: Cropamend copy, asset size for miscellaneous AdvertisingDigitalOnline projects Visual Merchandising overall assets: o Conceptualize and develop LaunchTrend units: Artwork and Technical Drawings o Create and Adapt in store take overs (EV, EM and Makeup Stations) o Collaborate with VM TR Manager to adapt inserts and visuals for in store tables (play tables and displayer tables) o Create and adapt in store execution for Gondolas (end cap) o Partner with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Creative Operations to request and follow up with the Global Brand the assets to support the Marketing Calendar (Lightboxes and LED visuals) o Create and Adapt windows guidelines Retail Event overall assets: o Conceptualize and develop Retail Events for the channel, engage agencies as needed o Collaborate with Events Manager to create and adapt events for Global and TR programs Qualifications Ideal experiences include 5 years of proven creative role. Bachelor's degree required in related fields. Handling complex design projects in a fast-paced changing environment from concept generation through implementation. 2 years of graphic design experience. Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, creative environment. Knowledge of retail trends. Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with outside vendors. Must be pro- active, solutions oriented. Knowledge of the functions of marketing, creative, visual merchandising, operations within a cosmetics or other related industry. Beautyretail experience is a plus; International experience is a plus. Excellent written and oral communications, excellent presentation skills. Agility and flexibility are key. Solid understanding of print techniques and can show a portfolio of highly-polished production work and 3D renders of design concepts. Computer Skills: Highly proficient and proven Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) 3D modelingrendering (SketchUp andor other) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint, Planner, OneDrive, etc). Additional Skills and Attributes: Provide design inspiration and guidance to the teams. Be a team player who leads by example. Pro-active, self-motivating, with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrate ability to multi-task with agility. Flexible and imaginativecan take direction, work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. An eye for detail. Outstanding design visionsensibility. Must understand aesthetics and form, as well as materials and manufacturing knowledge. Solution driven. Be able to find fast and creative solutions for last minute projects Fluency in additional languages is a plus, though not mandatory.
