Job Description:
The Central Sterile Processing Manager will join a 225+ bed
facility that has been nationally recognized year after year for
their patient safety and clinical quality. This Magnet designated
facility for Nurse Excellence has been setting the bar in New
Jersey for years, this facility offers Centers of Excellence in
cancer, joint replacement, stroke and many others. Offering
inpatient and outpatient services, this facility is the ideal place
to hone and develop the essential nursing tools to be successful
throughout one's career.
As the Central Sterile Processing Manager, this team leader will
report directly to the Director of Sterile Process and will handle
the day to day operations and overall function of the sterile
processing team. This Central Sterile Processing Manager will be
the key resource for developing and implementing educational
practices to help with new hire on boarding and for educational
training seminars. A well-qualified candidate will come with their
CRCST and CHL certifications as well as several years in Central
Sterile Processing. A proven leader who exemplifies their great
communication skills through the way they lead will be an
individual who wouldfit in perfectly with this organization.
This medical center is located in the northern region of New Jersey
that offers its residents a commutable drive to the popular
destinations of Philadelphia and New York City. This area is more
of a residential area that offers young and developing families
plenty of options for housing and schooling. If the Central Sterile
Processing Manager is commuting into the region, there are plenty
