Full time Medical front office receptionist Manhattan New York Candidate must love to be around all walks of life and have a heart for caring for others, who has excellent computer and communication skills that possess the ability to complete tasks with efficiency and precision. In our office no day, or hour of the day is ever the same, so you must be able to adapt quickly and with a positive attitude. Candidate must be able to organize and manage a high level of patient care and files, and maintain a high level of organization in a sometimes chaotic environment, all with a smile. Daily respond responsibilities will include, but not be limited to directing patients to proper rooms, maintaining patient schedules and schedule of care, answering phone, some hands on patient care, maintaining patient financial accounts, and be able to verify and confidently explain a patients insurance. Duties will include All aspects of front desk management: All aspects admin with patient interaction. Correct insurance verification; connect and confirm with attorneys; collections; celebrate birthdays; manage doctors schedules as well as patients; manage massage therapist; general office management: i.e. ordering supplies, managing cleaning services, review and assess correctness of charges entered.
