Family Practice/Primary Care opening in , New York. NYC Area House Call Job - You Pick the Borough!

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner
  • Permanent job opening
  • Must have some post training experience
  • Job is 75% house calls, 25% telemedicine - must be able to do both
  • Pick the borough you'd like to work - needs in Staten Island, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn
  • You'd work majority of your time in that specific borough - must be available to work in a nearby borough if needed
  • Reason for need: expansion
  • You'd see adult and geriatric patients
  • Full-time position - shifts are 12.5 hours (8a-830p)
  • Full-time providers work 14 shifts a month
  • See about 10 patients per day
  • Must be able to work some weekends or holidays
  • Client provides three weeks of paid training
  • Credentialing can be done concurrent with training
  • Client provides car service - you'd be picked up at your house or within your specific borough
  • Ideal candidates will be tech savvy - client uses a variety of customizable electronic platforms
  • Advanced providers have an in market medical director for clinical support
  • Seeking candidates that will be able to confidently work independently
  • No visa sponsorship, unfortunately
