of a Child/Adolescent Therapist:Required:
- Active LCSW, LICSW, LSWAA, LASW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC, LPCI, LMHC,
LMSW, LSW, MHC-LP, PLPC, LAC, RCSWI, LPCA, or LCPC
licensureResponsibilities:

- Rendering evidence-based therapeutic treatment to patients
- Providing an array of mental health services to promote
individualized patient recovery through tele-video or
telephone
- Caseload can be entirely comprised of children, adolescents and
families or split with adult patients
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when
applicable
- Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and
intervention services
- Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and
accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company
guidelinesQualifications:
- One year post masters (MSW, MHC) psychotherapy experience using
evidence-based treatments with child & adolescents and their
parents or caregivers
- Current state specific child abuse mandated reporter training
certificate is required for this position
- Strong engagement and clinical assessment skills in working
with patients over video sessions
- Experience providing family therapy and parent/caregiver
support
- Training and experience with evidenced based approaches; play
therapy, TF-CBT, DBT, PMT highly desired
- Cultural competence in working with families living in urban,
suburban and rural communities
- Interest and experience working with children and adolescents
with moderate to high acuity levels
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and
also as part of a team in a virtual setting
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and
private, quiet space for sessions
- Active licensure to practice in indicated state
- Actively seeking clinicians fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, and
CantonesePreferred:
- Two years of experience providing clinical supervision (for
those interested in a supervisory role)
- Prior tele-health or remote experience
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and
also as part of a team
- Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse
