We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Coordinator,
Residency Program - OB/GYN - Mineola.
In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for the
day-to-day administration of the residency training program and is
a liaison between the Program Director and the Director of Academic
Affairs as well as the subdivisions, residents and medical
students. May provide direction to other staff members working in
the office of the Program Director.Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent. 3 - 5
years Relevant office experience in an academic healthcare setting.
Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and
organization skills. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office
Outlook, Word, Excel). Knowledge in graduate medical education,
recruitment, international medical graduates, accreditation,
medical student curriculum and annual cycle, and continuing medical
education.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or relevant field.
Ability to work with individuals from different countries and
cultures.Qualified candidates must be able to effectively
communicate with all levels of the organization.

comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job
Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $60,737.97 -
$67,600.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of
factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital
need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include
bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation
