JOB DESCRIPTION: A rural academic health system in central New York is seeking a BE/BC General OBGYN with strong surgical skills who are able to perform minimally invasive gynecological surgeries to serve its growing patient population. Serves as Medical school campus for nearby university, with academic appointment available for both Medical and Rural Surgery residency programs. Pertinent Highlights Include: LDR model with Level 1 Nursery and growing obstetric practice of approximately 1,000 deliveries/year Limited overnight and weekend call Regional travel 1 day/week Advanced surgeries available, including DaVinci robot Integrated EPIC Electronic Health Record Comprehensive benefit package, including but not limited to medical, dental, CME, moving allowance and paid malpractice insurance HOSPITAL: Healthcare Network is an integrated health care system that provides care and services to people living in an eight-county region in upstate New York.
