Richmond University Medical Center seeks an Otolaryngologist to be part of the Richmond Health Network of primary and specialty physician practices! Richmond University Medical Center seeks a full time hospital based ENT/Otolaryngologist Physician to be part of its Department ofOtolaryngology. The ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to mission of Richmond University Medical Center. Richmond University Medical Center entered into a broad clinical affiliation with Mount Sinai Health System. This affiliation will provide the ENT/Otolaryngologist with collaborative opportunities and, potentially, clinical and academic appointments with Mount Sinai's internationally acclaimed patient care, research and education programs. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for Otolaryngology and to a patient-centered model of care. Position Responsibilities: --- Ability to maintain and grow office panel --- Perform head and neck/oncological surgeries --- Maintain referral patterns for surgeries --- Robotics trained --- Position would require office hours at busy ENT practice alongside f/t ENT, contractor for audiology services, PA. --- Practice is part of multi-site group, sharing same EMR, intra-practice referrals --- Compensation range from 120,000K to 1,378,603K(not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits) Position Qualifications: --- Medical Degree from an Accredited University --- Ability to obtain a New York license --- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology --- Active DEA license and BLS and ACLS certification --- Demonstrated professional competence and integrity and ethical conduct of practice --- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, bedside manner and organizational skills --- Patient focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care and service to all patients --- A strong work ethic and desire to participate in team-oriented, performance-driven Health System Salary Disclosure Information: Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
