Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a permanent full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Corona, NY. Requirements:Provider Requirements: Must speak some Spanish. Community for underserved area. BLS is a plusSpecialty: Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantEducation: Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantLicense: New York Certifications: BE/BCYears of Experience: Accepts new gradsFacility Details:Dates/ Schedule needed: Full time perm Mon-Friday 9-5Average Caseload: 20 patients per day.Support Staff: 12 providers at office 6 peds, 3 internal med, and 3 NPAdditional information:Salary range: NP 130k-140k depending on experience, internal medicine experience a plusOther benefits: 401k with matching contribution at 4%, health insurance and 6 week PTO.Facility will accept J1 VISA applicants.
