We are seeking psychologists who are experts in the provision of individual, group, couples, and family treatment using evidence-based interventions for substance use disorders (CBT, DBT, ACT, CRAFT, etc) and trauma (Prolonged Exposure, (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and EMDR). We are also interested in hiring people with expertise in treating eating disorders and providing family therapy. Our program provides exceptional care for people struggling with addiction and mental health challenges and we are seeking team members who share our passion!ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessmentsCraft plans for care in collaboration with patientsConduct individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based practicesInclude family members and supportive significant others in treatment sessionsCoordinate psychological services with other service providersParticipates in staff training, program development, and program evaluation, with an emphasis on creating an environment conducive to patient's needsParticipate in group and individual supervision to ensure fidelity to evidence-based practicesQualificationsEducation: Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical Psychology and NYS LicenseExperience: 3 years of treatment for substance use disordersSkills:Expertise in multiple evidence-based practices - Prolonged Exposure, (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and EMDRExpertise in couples and family therapy is a plusExperience providing LGBTQ-affirming therapy a plusEnergetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactiveExceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skillsMust be able to provide care on some weekends or eveningsHow to apply: Please send a cover letter and resumeStay up to date with Wholeview Wellness -- sign up here!
