Family Medicine openings in Bronx, NY

• Outpatient only Family medicine. Must be BE/BC
• Permanent placement only not locums
• Spanish speaking or medical Spanish is highly desired. Group has translators and MA s that can assist if not.
• Patient ages 10 year to geriatrics
• EMR Criterion
• Salary will depend on experience and certifications. New grads will start around $200K and more for experienced.
• Patient encounter bonus of $10 per patient over 15 in a work-day. They have doctors that see anywhere from 15-25 patients per day depending on what they want.
• Bonus incentives can be an additional $20,000 - $30,000 bonus per year
• Back-up telephone call is required. They do have a telephone service for nights and send those patients to the ER as needed (doctors don t usually get bothered).
• Not-for-profit health center setting. Able to sponsor H1-B visa holders and possible J-1 visa sponsorship with HHS
• There is an ASC (ambulatory surgery center) in the same building but is owned by a different entity.
• Group has over 60 providers total multi-specialty group setting
• Group has in office lab, x-ray and full imaging services in house including ultrasound
• Benefits include relocation assistance, 401k (no match), health insurance, malpractice and other standard benefits
• New York medical license is required
