Radiology Service Desk Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals who will provide excellent customer service in a healthcare radiology service desk setting.Responsibilities: Respond to support tickets in a timely manner Provide detailed notes of all activities and interaction in the system all activities Provide superior customer service Must be able to communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders and be able to deal with a high-pressure environment with SLA escalation procedures for resolution. Qualifications: Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required Experience working in a service desk environment Must have excellent communication skills Must have excellent Computer Skills Must be able to document and type 40 words a minute Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations in healthcare. Technical familiarity with Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS) Experience with ticketing software a plus Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $20-25.00 per hour is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
