Job Description
Sun River Health provides the highest quality of comprehensive

a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities
in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Duchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia
and Westchester County. We are currently seeking an Administrative
Assistant to join our NYC Headquarters location.
The Coordinator of Clinical Programs supports programmatically with
all vendors, company finance/billing and the CCC team regarding
revenue cycle, works collaboratively with vendor and CCC team on
member roster management, and provides CMA support. Additional
duties include data analysis, HIT Compliance, and data feed support
while assisting with day to day duties, special projects, and
attend meetings as required.
Job Competencies:
- Maintain grant-specific policies and procedures, correspondence
files, shared drive and grant binders.
- Facilitate and coordinate grant site visit preparation,
inclusive of organizing planning meetings, gathering documents,
staff reminders, and submission of documents.
- Provide programmatic support to the VP of Grant Funded Clinical
Services, including but not limited to, scheduling departmental
meetings, recording minutes, running data reports, and tracking
project completion.
- Develop and maintain a grants calendar of due dates for all
reports, renewals and budget modifications.
- Research and order program supplies for grant funded
programs.
- Assist Genesis leadership with special projects gathering data,
coordinating and submitting reports, and presenting results.
- Maintain training records for Genesis staff.
- Maintain Genesis program patient identifiers for program
enrollment and census
- Review program data for accuracy.
- Serve as liaison to other departments as needed. Education:
High School Graduate/GED, Associates Degree optional
Special Skills & Knowledge:
- Possesses flexibility, cultural sensitivity and ability to
maintain confidentiality
- Possesses the emotional, mental and physical capability to
perform duties and shows strong commitment to achieve goals
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, creativity and good verbal
and written communication skills
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and
a great deal of flexibility for active administration office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not
mandatory
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in
writing
- High level of competency in computer skills (Windows, Excel,
Microsoft Office Applications) and presentation programs
- Ability to organize work effectively, accept & utilize guidance
and work cooperatively & confidentially
- Ability to collaborate with other employees of Sun River Health
in order to maintain high quality standards and achieve client
satisfaction
Hourly Rate: $23.00-$26.50 /hour
