This is a full time 5 day a week position. 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Preferred Criteria:

* Acute care RN experience in Primary Care which includes Internal Medicine; Obstetrics and Pediatrics
* Certification in Ambulatory Care

Required Criteria:

* At least one year of acute care Medical/Surgical or Pediatric RN experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Current New York State RN license
* BLS with AHA

$112,033-$122,858/Annual
