• Sign-on bonus of $10k for relocation, year 2 $20k, year 3 $20k
• Loan repayment after year 5
• Opportunity to build the practice in your own way; only dermatologist on staff
• 4- or 5-day work week
• Shared call; 2 - 3 weeks each year; 1 week on Monday through Sunday
• Includes medical, retirement, life insurance, malpractice coverage, and 3 days/$3k stipend for CME
• Comes with 20 days of vacation/holidays; 1 additional flex day after first year
