A healthcare services organization in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Neurologist for a promising Part-time opportunity with their growing team in Brooklyn.

About the Opportunity:

• Setting:Outpatient
• Specialty: Neurology
• Schedule: 1 day per week (flexible on day)
• Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
• Patient Population:Medicaid Orthodox
• Call Schedule:NoneResponsibilities:
  
  The Neurologist will:
  • Diagnose a wide range of neurological disorders, including conditions like epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, neuropathy, migraines, and more
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition
  • Prescribe and manage medications to control symptoms, slow disease progression, and improve patients' quality of life
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists to create personalized rehabilitation plans to aid in recovery and maximize function
  • Provide urgent care to patients who experience neurological emergencies, such as strokes or seizures
  • Perform other duties, as neededQualifications:
    • 2+ years of Outpatient Neuro experience
    • Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
