COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Anesthesiology (MD / ANES)

• $438,000 Guaranteed Starting Salary with
• Proven Annual Income of Up To $569,900.
• Compensation is Salary + Annual Incentives - Examples below:
  • Benefit Adjustment $13,570
  • Supplemented CME - $6,000
  • Cell Phone Allowance - $960
  • Pension Plan - (Employer Contribution no Payroll Deduction) $46,457 Annually
  • Up to $40,000 Annually for Incentivized Clinical IncomeUnused Sick Days are Paid Out
  • End of Year productivity Bonus
  • Including Additional Pay for Call
  • $15,000 for Sign On and Relocation

    • Academic Teaching Hospital - Must be open to working w/ residents
    • 8 Fellow Trained Anesthesiologists + 15 CRNAs + 33 Residents
    • Full spectrum of case-mix - 100% Pediatric Cases or mix of PEDs and Adults Available
    • It's a 1-2 staffing model as that is required in OR locations with resident teaching. The staffing model at the secondary location is 1-4 as there is no teaching. (1 faculty to 4 CRNAs)
    • Pre and Post-Call Day Off 1:6 Call Rotation
    • Daily Schedule: Based on Out-List - Depends on who is 1st IN and 1st OUT, 2nd IN/ OUT etc.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatric Anesthesiology (MD / ANES)
