Overview Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding two (2) Psychiatrists (ER) to the group at North Central Bronx Hospital. NYC Health + Hospitals/North Central Bronx is a 457-bed community hospital providing quality care in a friendly and setting. This facility provides a range of services, and is known for its outstanding Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Primary Care, Pediatric, Geriatric and Specialty Ambulatory services. The department of Psychiatry has 3 Adult Inpatient Units, a satellite CPEP, a Psychiatry Consultation Liaison service, a Partial Hospital Program, an Outpatient Department, and an ACT team. Peters VA Medical Center to continue its high standards of healthcare delivery, and to provide its staff with teaching and research opportunities. Opportunity Details

• The ER Psychiatrist will have responsibility for clinical and educational activities in the ER Unit, including participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• He/She will participate in activities related to clinical care and documentation of care, performance improvement regulatory compliance and student education.
• He/She will report to their Unit Chief and Inpatient Director.
• He/She will also participate in our innovative integrative care activities. Qualifications
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified within 5 years in Adult Psychiatry
  • Completion of an approved Psychiatry residency training program.
  • MD or DO from accredited school of medicine
  • License to practice medicine in the State of NYExceptional Benefits Include:
