Faculty Group Practice Lead Mammographer - Manhattan
NYU Grossman School of Medicine seeks a skilled Faculty Group Practice Lead Mammographer to perform diagnostic mammographic and bone density procedures, monitor staff work, and facilitate patient flow through the Breast Imaging Center.

As a Faculty Group Practice Lead Mammographer, you will be responsible for performing medically prescribed diagnostic mammographic and bone density procedures, monitoring and reviewing the work of staff, and facilitating patient flow through the Breast Imaging Center.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Perform diagnostic mammographic and bone density procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  
• Monitor and review the work of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  
• Facilitate patient flow through the Breast Imaging Center, ensuring efficient and effective care.
  
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of exams.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Certificate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
    
  • New York State license to practice Diagnostic Radiology.
    
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
    
  • Advance Certification in Mammography.
    
  • Five years experience in radiology.
    
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    The salary range for this role is $101,112,020.83 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
