Job Description:
The Physical Therapy Practitioner is responsible for assessing
patients' strengths and weaknesses, devising treatment plans, and
providing positive encouragement to help patients achieve their
goals. The practitioner will aid in healing, recovery, pain
management, and improving functional independence. This position
requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, Doctorate degree
preferred, as well as a license as a Physical Therapist in the
relevant state. The role also involves collecting patient care
data, preparing evaluations, establishing treatment plans,
providing education to patients, overseeing support staff, and
promoting the company in the community through presentations.
