The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct physical therapy treatments and exercises under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a SNF / LTC setting.
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license within the state of practice.Benefits:
