Job SummaryTact Staff is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN Telemetry. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic and challenging environment while gaining valuable experience and skills.Job DescriptionAs a Travel Nurse RN Telemetry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Telemetry unit. Your duties will include:

• Collecting health history data from patients and their families
• Completing admission assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to changes in their condition
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughlyYou will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, and to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
  • A valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
  • 1-2 years of experience in Cardiac/Telemetry
  • Basic dysrhythmia experience required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
