Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator
to work remotely in Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities
Identify member and provider demographic information
Initiate and follow up on requests for medical records on behalf of
clinicians
Prepare quality of care cases for clinical reviewers and manage
quality and productivity metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of professional experience in an office or customer
service setting
Experience working in the healthcare industry with medical
terminology
Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
