A human services organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing team in Manhattan and all 5 boroughs.About the Opportunity:Start Date: ASAPAssignment Length: Temp to PermSchedule: Monday to FridayHours: 9am to 5pm (35 hours / week)Patient Population: Young AdultsPatient Volume: 5 to 6 per dayResponsibilities:Deliver 80% of medication management and health services in the community, including administering medications (oral and intramuscular), phlebotomy, and providing psychoeducationMonitor mental health status and medication adherence, addressing side effects and coordinating care plansCollaborate with team medical staff (MD, PNP, LPN) and community providers to support clients' needsMaintain accurate documentation in alignment with New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Medicaid billing standardsRotate on the team's after-hours emergency line as part of shared responsibilitiesPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:NYS Registered Nurse (RN) licenseComputer savvySolid assessment and documentation skillsDesired Skills:At least 3 years of experience in Psychiatric Nursing, Substance Use Treatment, or Social ServicesBilingual (English and Spanish)Behavioral and/or Mental Health experienceby Jobble
