Halcyon Nurse Staffing is seeking a local contract nurse RN Wound Care for a local contract nursing job in Brooklyn, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Wound Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Title: Registered Nurse Unit: Wound Care Facility: Kings County Hospital Location: 451 Clarkson Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift - 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Target start date: ASAP Required Skills & Experience: -Two (2) years of Med/Surg experience. -Wound and colostomy experience. Local rates: 40 hours per week (Within 50 miles from the facility) $104/hour (40 Regular hours) $4,160 $4,160 gross per week Travel rates: 40 hours per week (More than 50 miles from the facility) $35/hour (40 Regular hours) $1,400 Meal Allowance: $92/day ($644/week) Lodging Reimbursement: $342/day ($2,394/week) $4,438 gross per week Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision. Current certification in one of the following: (Just one of the following) -Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) issued by the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB). -Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) issued by the WOCNCB. -Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) issued by the WOCNCB. -Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) issued by the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM). -Wound Care Certified Certification (WCC) issued by the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO).
